Process for booking a stand at EMD2025:

Step 1: Please fill in this application form to apply for a stand in the exhibition area.

Step 2: After submitting the form, Haughton Exhibiitons LTD will evaluate your company/organization. You will receive an approval or decline a few days following your application.

Step 3: After submitting your form you will be contacted by Haughton Exhibitions about your request.

Step 4: You will receive a contract detailing your stand and payment conditions. Sign the contract and pay the invoice no later than April 15th, and you have booked a stand at EMD2025!

We are now oversubscribed on package 3 and following a final analysis from the 27 March, applicants may be proposed a smaller stand size, according to final confirmed space
